"The York X201 cross trainer was a breeze to set up thanks to the detailed intructions. All the nuts and bolts are well labelled and this made things so much easier than the flat pack wardrobe I had to set up for my sister the other week. I have put the crosstrainer on an exercise matt as I heard this was recommended and I'm glad to say that I have been using it quite regulary so lets hope I can keep it up. The machine is well built and sturdy as you would expect from a brand like York. If I have one complaint it would be that there is no sound to notify you when you have finished. Other than that it is good value for money and I am happy to recommend it to others look for a good but reasonably priced elliptical trainer. "
"Took about an hour and half to set up. Very good manual. I have been using the controlled heart rate programs to good effect. The x201 elliptical is smooth when in action and pretty quite too. Could have done with putting a drinks holder on there but otherwise an all round good buy."
