The V-fit AET1 Mistral Air cross trainer is the first model in the Beny V-Fit cross trainer range and has the basic features required for a simple elliptical workout. It is powered by an air fan flywheel with a tape resistance system that can be controlled via a twisting controller. This is an old way of changing resistance and delivers less flexibilty if you want to alter it during your workout. With both forward and reverse motion handlebars and a multifunction computer monitor you can get a simple workout to suit your needs. The monitor shows you all the basic information that you need such as calories, distance, speed and time. The V-fit AET1 has a tough steel frame with a nice grey textured coating but lacks the style of V-Fit cross trainers and the more modern elliptical cross trainers available from other brands too.
The V-fit AET1 elliptical is a very affordable for those looking for a quick purchase on a small budget. It is also more compact than many other cross trainers at just 100cm in length so is ideal for those who have a limited amount of space to position it in.
