The Reebok I-trainer Plus cross trainer is one of the older models in the Reebok cross trainer range. It is however one of the classics and a top quality machine if you can still find them around to buy. As you can see from the image on the right, the Reebok I-trainer sports a silver and grey body with touches of orange that set this machine apart from the normal, colourless basic cross trainers. It is also available in blue and pink! This elliptical is finely balanced and features dual handlebars so that you can be comfortable working out in different styles, resting your arms when you need to. When riding this cross trainer you will also find that it is silent and moves swiftly thanks to the Magna-Force constant resistance technology that the flywheel uses. There are 8 levels of resistance which can be manually adjusted using the dial located on the heart of the frame and the details are then displayed on the monitor above. The monitor will also display the regular workout information such as time, distance, etc. and the machine has built in pulse sensor on the handles so that you can measure your heart rate.
