When working out it is sometimes useful to monitor your heart rate. The Kettler Verso 307 can monitor your pulse rate via hand and ear clips which are supplied with the machine and if you prefer a chest belt this can also be bought separately.
The footplates hold you in well and have non-slip grips too that make you feel secure when moving at higher speeds.
In terms of looks, this elliptical is very compact and simple and the champagne/anthracite colours will easily blend in with your home wherever you choose to use it.
This cross trainer is also very easy to transport and store away if necessary. There are transport rollers and with rear floor levellers attached to make moving to another room very easy. Overall, the Verso 307 has a smooth ride and is a great machine for your first cross trainer.
