At just over 5ft in height, 4ft in length and 2ft wide, the Bremshey Orbit Pacer is a compact piece of home fitness equipment, weighing in at 55kgs and complete with wheels for ease of transportation.
Smooth, stable and silent in operation, with an LCD monochrome monitor, the Orbit Pacer Cross Trainer can support a maximum user weight of up to 135kg and comes with a total of 12 programmes, including 6 preset programmes. All programmes can be scaled and adjusted to suit the end user, making the Orbit Pacer suitable for both beginners and the more experienced user. There are also a total of seven inbuilt training modes, including quick start and manual.
The Orbit Pacer Cross Trainer comes complete with an ergometer, a sophisticated piece of equipment which can accurately measure, in Watts, the results of the exercise programme used.
The LCD monitor displays speed, time, distance, training power (in Watts), energy consumption and heart rate, including recovery heart rate. (A wireless heart rate monitor is also available as an additional accessory if required). The cross trainer also has a magnetic brake, which is simple to operate, direct from the monitor. Bremshey gym equipment is designed to suit all fitness needs and goals, whether for the beginner or fitness enthusiast, all in the user's own home.
Overall, an all round good cross trainer, practical and noise free. You may find it tricky to assemble with the tiny diagrams on the instruction booklet but once put together this machine is more than worth the while. In this price range we would also recommend the Kettler Vito EXT.
